Titan Motorsports has extensive experience with high-boost applications, with many of their turbocharged engine setups generating over 50 pounds of boost. Ensuring that all this pressure effectively reaches the combustion chamber is critical for maximizing horsepower. Drawing on more than 15 years of expertise in advanced fluid coupling solutions for their race cars, they’ve integrated the best of that technology into their new Pro Boost clamps.

These clamps, machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, are engineered to handle over 150 psi of pressure while remaining easy to install. The inner coupling surface is pre-beveled to provide a cleaner weld surface for intercooler piping, and durable O-rings effortlessly slip into the precision-machined aluminum boost collar. The outer shell clamp features a recessed double Allen design, which not only enhances its appearance but also ensures secure closure, addressing issues common with spring clips or quick-release mechanisms. Finished in a sleek black hard anodized coating with an engraved Titan logo, the clamps are available in 2.5”, 3”, 3.5”, 4”, and 5” diameters.
