**Recommended Oil**:

- Use **Racing 4T Motorcycle 10W-40 Full Synthetic Motor Oil**, which has higher zinc content than other oils like Mobil 1, ensuring better protection for high-performance transmissions.

- Gear set is pre-soaked in this oil for optimal performance.

**Installation Notes**:

- This transmission **does not require an extender**.

- **Crossover Adjustment**: You will need to adjust the crossover on your shift assembly (or shifter housing). For guidance, refer to Ed Peters’ instructional video. Proper adjustment will prevent damage to the transmission blockers over time.

- **Shifter Maintenance**: Install new shifter bushings on both ends of the shift cables, an AGP billet fork, and a new throw-out bearing (TOB).

- **Axle Seals Included**: The transmission will come with new axle seals for a seamless installation.

- **Slave Cylinder Reset**: If you remove the slave cylinder, ensure you follow proper procedures to reset it. If the slave is not disconnected from the clutch pedal, you must crack the line, push the piston back, and re-bleed the system.

- If you have a stainless-steel line, simply crack the union fitting, push the piston back with the rod, and lock the fitting again. Note that even the weight of the pedal can push the slave cylinder out of alignment, affecting clutch engagement.
