The Powerhouse Racing One-Piece Billet Timing Belt Drive Gear for the VVT-i 2JZ-GTE is crafted from CNC-machined billet steel with a single-piece construction. It incorporates lightening holes on both the front and rear, reducing weight while maintaining durability. The steel composition ensures greater resilience, making the gear less prone to tooth breakage.

This upgrade is particularly popular for vehicles running aftermarket ECUs. Compared to the 12-tooth version, the 36-2 tooth gear provides improved crankshaft position resolution, allowing for more accurate ignition and fuel injection timing.

Additionally, the gear is designed with a precise, square tooth profile, ensuring even better-defined trigger edges for enhanced performance.
